Personally, Kimberly Jessy realized that she had to stop putting herself in any such circumstance or situation that will keep her nervous system and adrenals on high alert. For her, there was no relaxation as she was in constant anxiety, worry and fight. Until when one day her adrenals almost decided to stop working altogether.
